• PEACHES ~ Round juicy fruit with downy yellowish-red skin and a rough stone. The flesh can be yellow or white.
  
• NECTARINES ~ Type of peach with a thin smooth skin and firm, juicy flesh.
  
• PLUMS ~ Round, skin-red/purple/black, flesh-amber. Sweet and juicy, very firm, excellent shelf life.
  
• APRICOTS ~ Oval shape, skin-light orange with red blush, flesh-deep orange. Sweet/tart. Fine texture. Firm.
  
• PLUOTS ~ Medium-sized fruit with dark purple skin and red flesh; very sweet fruit with very good flavor, a complex cross between an apricot and a plum.
